When Ashley joined our company, our product organization was still in its infancy and our customer success strategy was virtually nonexistent. We were very much a "startup," with all the blurry definitions and ad hoc processes that phrase implies. Far from being discouraged, Ashley thrived from day one. She was flexible enough to meet us where we were at, talented enough to help us grow into something better, and emotionally intelligent enough to make that transition feel seamless, organic, and somehow (miraculously) fun!Ashley has so many skills to recommend her: meticulously detail-oriented, unerringly professional, driven under challenges, calm under pressure. But as a founder, what strikes me most is her strength as a communicator and a leader. Client-facing or internal, remote or face-to-face, whether leading a team or coordinating with peers or interfacing with upper management — in every situation, Ashley is positively magnetic. She radiates enthusiasm, adapting to the listener's communication style while remaining entirely authentic. She brings disparate people together, coaxes them out of their shell, and rallies them around a shared purpose. She leaves everyone she works with motivated, energized, and closer to one another. I have witnessed this transformation countless times, and it never ceases to amaze me.It is difficult to imagine any one person leaving such a profound imprint on a company's DNA. I cannot thank Ashley enough for the myriad ways she made us better, and I could not recommend her more highly.
